CHILDREN'S PROGRAM

It's never too early?! Our children's program is geared around the 3 F's: Focus, Fitness and Fun!

Our unique belt-earning strategy is grounded in a positive reinforcement system that allows each child to set and attain short, mid and long term goals.

TEENAGE PROGRAM

Our Teenage Program focuses on the skills needed to best prepare and excel in their college experience. With the increasing number of college applications submitted each year, colleges are looking more to the extracurricular activities and achievements for basis of acceptance of academically similar applications. With a martial arts training program, students not only further develop the physical and mental skills useful in a college environment, but they also learn and develop one of the most effective self defense systems around today.

ADULT PROGRAM

 

...and it's never too late! Our adult program focuses on the harmony of mind, body and spirit. Our goal is to help lose weight, increase flexibility and stamina, strengthen focus. Our students tell us that their training is a welcome and much needed departure from the stresses of their daily lives.
Our adults sign up with us for a few different reasons:

 

LEADERSHIP TEAM

This unique program offers students a special opportunity to advance their own training through the mentoring of our younger students. As Peter Drucker says, "people learn the most when teaching others." In addition to enhancing their own knowledge and skills in the martial arts, they will devleop communication skills, overcome the fear of speaking or performing in front of large groups and learn business skills to name just a few benefits. 

ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING

One-on-One training with a USSD black belt sensei will build your knowledge and skill at a faster rate, especially when it compliments group class attendance. We'll focus on developing your skills at your pace, and help you perfect your forms and techniques. Group classes are available throughout the week, and will give you the needed interaction with other martial arts students to practice your skills and work with sparring partners.
